
Pre-Sale & Shipping Policy
Our STRESS DEFENSE product is a pre-order! This means you're securing it now, and we expect to ship it to you in about 8-10 weeks from your order date. We won't charge your card the full amount until it ships, and you can cancel your pre-order anytime before then. Once it's ready, we'll ship it anywhere in mainland USA, and you'll get to track it. We're here to help if anything goes wrong!

This Pre-Sale & Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for ordering and receiving products from Aurora Probiotics LLC (“Aurora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with specific details for our current pre-sale offering and general shipping information for future standard orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms herein.
1. Pre-Sale Policy

Our product, Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE, is currently available for pre-order. This means you are reserving your product in advance, and it will be shipped to you once production is complete and quality checks are finalized.

Estimated Shipping Timeframe: Pre-orders for Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE are estimated to begin shipping within 10-12 weeks from your order date. This estimate is based on our manufacturer's projected production timeline of 8-10 weeks, with an additional 2-week buffer accounted for potential minor delays or transit time to our fulfillment center. We have a reasonable basis for believing we can meet this timeframe.

Payment Collection: Your payment card information will be securely captured at the time of your pre-order placement. However, your card will only be charged when your order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped from our warehouse.

Pre-Order Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at ap@aurora-probiotics.com. There are no fees or specific conditions for pre-order cancellations.

Pre-Sale Communication: We are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your pre-order. We will provide updates and notify you of any significant changes or delays to the estimated shipping timeframe via:
- Email to the address provided with your order.
- Updates posted on a dedicated page on our website (where applicable).
- SMS alerts, if you have opted in to our SMS program.
2. General Shipping Information (Applicable once your pre-order ships, and for all future standard orders)

Once your pre-order is fulfilled or for any standard orders placed in the future, the following shipping terms will apply:
A. Order Processing:
Once your pre-order is ready for fulfillment (after the estimated 14-16 week period), or for standard in-stock orders, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
B. Shipping Carriers:
Our primary shipping carrier for domestic orders is currently TBD, but will likely be USPS. Specific carrier information will be provided at the time of shipment.
C. Domestic Shipping (Within the Mainland USA):
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that these are estimated transit times once your order has shipped and do not include the pre-order fulfillment period or initial processing time.
- Shipping Costs:
Free Standard Shipping is offered on all domestic orders totaling $50.00 USD or more.
For orders below $50.00 USD, a flat shipping rate will be applied at checkout, calculated based on the chosen shipping method.
- Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship exclusively within the mainland USA.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military addresses). Delivery to these addresses will primarily be via USPS, and transit times may vary from the estimates provided above due to carrier limitations and military mail processes.
D. International Shipping:
At this time, Aurora Probiotics LLC does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the mainland USA.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Information: Once your pre-order or standard order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at ap@aurora-probiotics.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery notification.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Replacements or refunds for lost or damaged items are subject to the successful resolution of the carrier claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
If a customer prefers a refund in such a scenario, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
4. Disclaimers

Aurora Probiotics LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism, strikes, or other unforeseen service interruptions affecting our shipping partners.
Estimated shipping times are based on typical delivery patterns and are not guaranteed.
