1. General Returns Policy 

Because our probiotics are consumable health products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed bottles within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must be unused and in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging. 

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt). 

To initiate a return: 

  1. Please contact us at ap@aurora-probiotics.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 

  2. Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us. 

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective (see Section 2). 

Return Shipping Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery. 

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products 

If your order arrives damaged during shipment or if you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately for assistance: 

  1. Email ap@aurora-probiotics.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging. 

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you, or issue a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

We are confident in the quality and potential benefits of our products, which is why we offer the Aurora Probiotics 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. This guarantee allows you to try our products with total peace of mind. 

If you have taken Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE daily as directed on the label for at least 30 consecutive days and do not feel satisfied with your experience or the perceived effectiveness of the product, we will refund your purchase price.

How the Guarantee Works: 

  1. Consistent Use: Use the entire bottle of Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE daily according to the directions on the label for at least 30 days. 

  2. Submission Window: If you are not satisfied, submit your guarantee request via email within 45 days of your original purchase date. This allows for the 30-day trial period plus an additional 15 days to submit your request. 

  3. Request Submission: Email ap@aurora-probiotics.com with: 

  4. Your order number (which serves as proof of purchase for this guarantee). 

  5. A clear photo of your empty Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE bottle. 

  6. Eligibility: This guarantee is valid for first-time customers only trying Aurora Probiotics STRESS DEFENSE, and is limited to one refund per household. 

  7. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. 

  8. Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable under this guarantee. 

 

4. Impact of Returns on Loyalty Program 

  • If you earned loyalty points on a purchase that you subsequently return for a refund, the points earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your loyalty account. 

  • If you redeemed loyalty rewards or points for a purchase that is returned, the value of the redeemed reward or points may be reinstated to your account, or the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the non-refundable value of the reward, as determined by the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. 

 

5. Exchanges 

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please follow our return policy (if eligible) and place a new order. 

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days from our notification of approval: 

  1. First, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company directly, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
